I live in Seattle, WA with my husband and two small dogs. My husband and I lost our first son, Henry, just as we were anticipating his arrival. The overwhelming love I have for my baby prompted an impossible grief within me as I faced life without him. As I cope with this great personal loss, writing has been a way for me to forge a path forward. Love changes a person. A loss this great changes us, too. I am driven to ensure it changes me for the better. I will be the best mom I can be for my son, for as long as I live.
